Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible items. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for any returned items. We want to make the return process as easy as possible for our customers.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale (Note: Serenityfy does not offer final sale items).
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
